The work is most effective when the founder is involved, along with one or two people who are close to the product, customers and understand the go-to-market strategy

The engagement runs over 3 weeks for positioning, followed by one month of founder-led content distribution. The work is structured around a small number of focused workshops, with synthesis and implementation happening between sessions.

We explore 2–3 viable positioning routes, assess trade-offs, and select the one to own.

Founder-Led Content (1 month)
Following the sprint, the positioning is activated through founder-led content. This includes refining the founder narrative and profile, and distributing content that puts the new positioning into the market over the course of a month.
